“We want to make sure the vaccine is administered in a safe, secure, orderly manner. No waiting outside in line no sitting in your car for hours with the motor running, waiting for your vaccine. We want to make this a much smoother process. A process filled with Aloha and a process filled with safety,” DOH spokesperson Brooks Baehr said.
